Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, ID number, device, or payment method — will be suspended and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited after investigation. If you believe a duplicate account has been created using your details without your consent, contact 49jil support immediately at support@49jil.net.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 49jil account credentials at all times. This includes your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication device or application linked to your account. 49jil will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Do not share your account credentials with any third party.

Your 49jil account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have notified 49jil of unauthorised access in writing through the official support channel before the activity occurred.

• Notify 49jil immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• Meron, Wala, and Draw markets are the available betting options for each Sabong fight on 49jil. Bets must be placed before the betting close countdown reaches zero. No bets will be accepted after betting has closed.
• Bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the arena referee at the conclusion of the fight. The arena referee's decision is final and binding. 49jil does not have the authority to override or reverse an arena-declared result.
• Draw / FTD results: If a fight is declared a Draw (Failed to Decide) by the arena referee, all bets on that fight are voided and stakes are returned to players in full, including any Meron or Wala bets. Voided bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Stream interruption: If a live Sabong stream is interrupted after betting has closed but before the fight result is officially declared, 49jil will hold the bet open until the official result is retrieved from the arena. If the official result cannot be confirmed within 24 hours, the bet will be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds movement: Sabong odds on 49jil update in real time based on market betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds applied to your wager, regardless of subsequent market movement.

49jil's boxing betting and sports markets are governed by the following rules, in addition to any event-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. By placing a sports or boxing bet at 49jil, you accept that all results are final once settled, subject only to the appeal process described below.

• All boxing and sports bets at 49jil are pre-event markets unless a live in-play market is specifically labelled as such. Live odds are subject to the fastest available data, but 49jil is not liable for delays in score feeds or broadcast data from third-party providers.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or suspended before completion of the minimum regulation playing time required for settlement purposes, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• The Saturday Fight Night +15% odds boost at 49jil applies automatically to all pre-fight winner markets on Saturday boxing events. The boost is calculated at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets at 49jil require all legs to win for the full parlay payout to be triggered. If one leg of a parlay is voided (cancelled event), the parlay is recalculated with the remaining legs. If all remaining legs win, the parlay pays out on those legs.
